Warranty Information

Six Month Limited Warranty

 

Swiss Watch Services warrants that for a period of six months from the date of original purchase that the movement, internal working parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Not covered by the warranty is any damage to the Band, Crystal (glass), Crown, Battery, Case, as well as any damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use.

One Year Limited Warranty

 

Swiss Watch Services warrants that for a period of one year from the date of original purchase that the movement, internal working parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Not covered by the warranty is any damage to the Band, Crystal (glass), Crown, Battery, Case, as well as any damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use.

Three Year Limited Warranty

 

Swiss Watch Services warrants that for a period of three years from the date of original purchase that the movement, internal working parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Not covered by the warranty is any damage to the Band, Crystal (glass), Crown, Battery, Case, as well as any damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use.

 

 

 

 

Warranty Repair

 

If your timepiece purchased through Swiss Watch Service has a manufacturer’s defect covered by our warranty we will repair it without charge. Please ship all timepieces to SWS in appropriate protective packaging (Do Not Ship In The Original Box) and include the information below. It is recommended you insure and track all shipments.

1. Your Name, Complete Address, Phone Number (Day Time) and e-mail address.

2. The warranty letter/card that came with your timepiece.

3. A brief description of the problem or repairs needed.

While there is no charge for the repair of the timepiece during the warranty period a cheque/check in the amount of $ 19.95 payable to Swiss Watch Services must accompany the timepiece to cover postage, handling, insurance and related costs.
