Do Not Leave an Expired Battery in Your Timepiece
Watch Battery Replacement
At Swiss Watch Services we do more than simply put a new battery in your watch.
Taking your fine timepiece elsewhere could end up with damage to the movement and the establishment may not have the experience or parts to be able to repair it. Many watches use a clip to hold the battery in place which is situated right next to the coil similar to what you see in the image below. Extreme caution has to be used to move that battery clip. The slightest slip will end up with a damaged coil.
